Spring has officially sprung and the good weather is here to stay. Due to the social distancing measures that started in March, everyone’s schedule has been shaken up a bit to say the least!  Especially for all of you avid gym goers!

SO, we here at Foundation would love to challenge you to use this unique set of circumstances to plan your journey toward running a 5k or a 10k. AND to make it easy on you we are going to provide you with a detailed training schedule which will include planned runs and exercises to prevent injury, and improve your speed!  

Whether you are a novice runner, or experienced runner (maybe with a little bit of Netflix and quarantine rust on your body) there is no better time to plan for your next race! This 5k-10k running plan can be executed with ZERO equipment and will only take you 3 days per week to accomplish your goal.

Running is a great way to build cardiovascular health, improve lower body strength, challenge yourself in a new and exciting way, and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery here in the Okanagan.
