Jaiden Hollohan, BScKin

Jaiden’s passion for exercise is something she strives to share with all of her clients. With a longstanding background in athletics, specifically in resistance training, she aims to teach clients how strength training can improve their quality of life and reduce pain. Jaiden understands that starting a new exercise routine can be intimidating, but with her background in personal training and education in exercise physiology, she is able to meet her clients wherever their starting point is. Her determination to help clients achieve their goals is of utmost importance – whether it be returning to competitive athletics or being able to climb the stairs without pain – she is able to personalize your treatment plan in order to attain your definition of success.

Jaiden graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus here in Kelowna. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics, majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology as well as completing a minor in Psychology. In her time as a student, she was able to work as a student trainer with the UBCO Heat’s Athletic Therapy team, assisting with injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation for the varsity athletes. Prior to her university education, she was also a certified personal trainer through the AFLCA specializing in resistance training. She has worked with a large demographic, from high school students to senior citizens, and is able to use her educational background to improve the functional fitness of all of her clients.

Born and raised in Calgary, Jaiden made the move to Kelowna for university and decided to stay in the Okanagan after graduating. Growing up, Jaiden’s favourite sport was ringette but she also golfed, danced, and skied. Jaiden got into resistance training at the gym as a teen and can still be found in the gym most days, however she likes to spend most of her free time outside. In the summer, you’ll find Jaiden relaxing at the beach or hiking with her friends. In the winter, you’ll catch her on the slopes skiing or playing hockey at the outdoor rink.
